We have built this programme to reward clients who use our services on a regular basis. We wanted it to be an easy and user-friendly system of which you can both benefit and enjoy. The benefits are also available to you as soon as you are entitled to them.

The frequent traveller programme will be updated regularly, so make sure to visit these pages every now and then for news and latest additions.

Questions and answers about the frequent traveller programme:

  • What is the frequent traveller programme all about?

The more you travel, the more you benefit. Your customer level is determined by the number of your trips and there are three tiers in the programme; BASIC, SILVER and GOLD. You receive a discount on your trips according to your customer level.

  • What does it cost to be a member?

The membership in our frequent traveller program is free of charge.

  • Who can be a member?

The membership is intended for private customers and is for personal use only. Family members enjoy the same benefits when travelling together with a member.
You have to be at least 15 years of age to register.

  • When and how are the benefits available to me?

The benefits are available to you when you log on to our member’s pages and make a reservation online.
Bookings made over the phone or at the check-in counter do not qualify for discounts nor can they be added in the frequent traveller system.
Trips cannot be registered in the frequent traveller programme afterwards.
Discount is automatically applied to qualifying trips and deducted at check-out. All benefits apply to passenger tickets only, excluding group tickets and other special price tickets.

Regular cancellation and payment conditions apply.

  • How often is my customer level updated?

The qualification period begins the day you register in our program and is valid for one year at a time.
Achieved customer level will be retained the qualification period out and all through the following one.

  • How are the points earned?

Every trip between Vaasa and Umeå counts as one (1) point on your member account.
Day cruises count for one (1) point.

Bookings made over the phone or at the check-in counter do not qualify for discounts nor can they be added in the frequent traveller system.
Trips cannot be registered in the frequent traveller programme afterwards.

  • What are the benefits on different tiers?

BASIC
Your membership begins on the Basic level the day you register in the programme.
You travel at regular price, but receive newsletters and exclusive by e-mail.

SILVER
Once you have collected six (6) points on your customer account, your membership is upgraded to Silver level.
You receive 5 % discount on passenger tickets and get newsletters and exclusive offers by e-mail.
To maintain Silver level you have to make at least six (6) one way or three (3) return trips during your qualification period.
If your account has less than six (6) points on it at the closing of qualification period, you return to Basic level.

GOLD
Once you have gathered 12 pointss on your customer account, you rise to Gold level. You get 10 % discount on passenger tickets and receive newsletters and exclusive offers by e-mail.
To maintain Gold level you need to make at least 12 one way or six (6) return trips during the qualification period.
In case your account carries less than 12, but more than six (6) points on it at the end of qualification period, you return to Silver level and if less than six (6) you drop back onto Basic level.

  • How can I become a member?

Registration is available on the Internet alone.

Please note that all fields marked with a star (*) are mandatory.
Shortly after the registration, you will receive a confirmation mail with your membership details. Save your membership number and login information since you will need them every time you make a reservation or update your personal details. Make sure to keep them safe to avoid misuse.
To close your membership with us, please give us a written notice. All your details will be deleted from the system within 2 weeks.
