We offer you and your end customers carbon-neutral transport. The collaboration between Wasaline, Gasum, and Stena Line enables the use of high-quality certified biogas in Aurora Botnia’s daily operations. In addition, Aurora Botnia is already equipped with batteries.
Wasaline has signed a biogas agreement with Gasum as well as a Fuel EU Maritime pooling agreement with Stena Line, making it possible for Wasaline to operate exclusively on biofuels. This also makes the route the first international green shipping corridor in operation, supported by the DNV-led Nordic Roadmap. Wasaline’s climate goal of becoming carbon-neutral was originally set for 2030, but has now already been achieved.
