GoGift gift cards
Gift cards issued by GoGift have a 12-digit code and GoGift branding. You have received the card either by e-mail, SMS, or mail.
The GoGift gift card must be redeemed by telephone, e-mail, or chat at Wasaline customer service. Be prepared to give the unique code on the card to the booking agent. Booking online or via travel agencies is not supported.
Wasaline gift card is valid for:
- Day cruises, one-way trips, return trips
- Traveling with car, bike, or other vehicle
- Hotel packages booked via Wasaline
- Archipelago buffet and breakfast (pre-purchased)
- Cabin and passenger lounge reservations
- Extras, such as pet lounge seating and bike transportation
Not valid for on board shopping. Valid for 12 months and can be used partially. Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Trips paid with a gift card do not add up to frequent traveller benefits.
Wasaline gift cards
Gift cards issued by Wasaline are always printed.
If your card is issued for a certain type of trip and has a 9-digit code, you can book your trip in our booking service. You will enter the code in tab “7. Payment”. Please note that the code is only valid for the trip mentioned on the card, such as day cruise.
If your card is issued for face value, please make the booking by telephone, e-mail, or chat at Wasaline customer service. Bring the printed card with you to the terminal and present it at check-in.
