Meeting facilities
The conference area features a welcoming lobby and five flexible meeting rooms. With movable walls, the spaces can be adapted for groups from 5 up to 150 participants.
Food & beverage
Excellent food and drinks are an essential part of the Wasaline experience. On board you will find three restaurants and a bar. For added convenience, catering can also be served directly to your meeting room.

Sustainable group travel
Aurora Botnia is designed with energy efficiency and low emissions in mind. This hybrid vessel operates on biogas and battery power.
Sustainability is embedded in our daily operations, from intelligently controlled lighting, heating and ventilation in the conference facilities. Whenever possible, we use local ingredients from both sides of the Quark in our restaurants. All waste generated on the ship and in ports is sorted thoroughly and forwarded to appropriate treatment facilities.

Book online
You can book a conference trip for less than 15 people and a group trip for 11-30 people directly from our online booking system. By booking online, you save 5% of the price of the travel package.
When booking a meeting or group trip online, be prepared to provide the following information for all passengers: name, date of birth, gender and nationality. You can pay for the reservation either with Mobilepay, a credit card or via online banking.
