Vehicle check-in
Those traveling with a vehicle must be at the vehicle check-in at the latest one hour before the ship’s departure. At check-in, boarding passes are printed for all passengers with the same booking reference, not just the driver of the vehicle.
The vehicle check-in is carried out using automated kiosks at the vehicle gates. Cameras read the registration number and the reservation information is presented on the touchscreen for review. After you confirm that the number of passengers is correct, boarding passes are printed out and a waiting lane is assigned to your vehicle.
If the system does not recognize registration number, you can scan the QR code found on the reservation confirmation or input the booking reference on the touch screen.
In problem situations, you can call customer service from the kiosk.
Trailers and classified cargo must be checked in 1.5 hours before the ship’s departure.
