NLC Ferry Ab Oy I Press release I 20.6.2024
New timetable with a record amount of weekly departures
As of June 24, Wasaline will operate a total of 26 trips per week, setting a new record for the company.
The two new trips between Vaasa and Umeå will run on Mondays, with Aurora Botnia making four departures—two from Umeå and two from Vaasa. Aurora Botnia now runs 3-4 trips daily throughout the high season, which lasts until August 5, 2024.
“The increased demand for both freight and passenger services has led us to add these two Monday trips during the high season”, says Peter Ståhlberg, Managing Director at Wasaline.
During the midsummer weekend, Aurora Botnia will follow a special schedule.
