Our lovely gathering returns this autumn for the third time. Come aboard Aurora Botnia for a day cruise full of inspiring speakers, interesting services and products as well as dear friends. We are teaming up with local companies and brands to provide you a trade fair with a warmhearted twist – in general, a lovely day at sea. Prepare to be amazed!

On Saturday 12.9.2026, Aurora Botnia departs Vaasa at 9.00 and returns home at 22.00. Once we reach Sweden, you will have few hours to spend in Umeå for shopping and sightseeing.

Schedule

Outbound trip

The cruise schedule is laid out in a way that leaves time for admiring the view, shopping and dining. Start your day with an ample breakfast before the exhibition area opens. Flash talks and the exhibition is arranged during the outbound trip. Exhibitor list and cruise program will be announced closer to the event.

Visit ashore

Pre-booking a seat in the transfer bus to Umeå is recommended. If you wish to explore Umeå at your own pace, learn more about Car package: Day cruise.

All passengers disembark the ship during port stop, and personal items must be collected from cabins and lockers.

Return

On our way home you can enjoy delicious food and drinks in good company. Taste the season’s best delicacies in one of our restaurants: the popular Archipelago Buffet or the more intimate Bistro Botnia.
